Case Study: North American E-commerce Fulfillment Optimizes Footprint and Case Packing Cycle with All-in-One Machine
Client Background: A North American packaging and logistics center faced the dual challenges of limited floor space and excessive case packing times, urgently requiring an upgrade to its end-of-line packaging setup.
Our Solution: SieracTech deployed the SKZF Series Opening, Packing, and Sealing Machine on-site. This system integrates case erecting, loading, and sealing into a single unit, significantly reducing the equipment footprint.

- Visual Positioning Grabbing: Bypassing traditional physical collation mechanisms, the system utilizes visual positioning grabbing. This allows for direct case packing without the need for upstream pre-sorting, greatly enhancing production flexibility
- Space and Size Compatibility: Within the constrained footprint, the equipment reliably handles cases with dimensions of L 160-205mm, W 160-250mm, and H 150-280mm
- Stable Output: Utilizing servo modules to control multi-stroke case opening ensures a stable packing cycle of 12 cases/minute
