The machine integrates a precision photoelectric sensor array executing high-level PLC logic interlocks: it refuses to open a carton if no product is detected, and halts the pusher to reject products if a carton is missing. Combined with audible/visual alarms for missing boxes or abnormal air pressure, it guarantees 100% output integrity.
