Liquid pesticides often come in sets (e.g., an active ingredient and an adjuvant). The front-end of our system features a specialized dual-lane conveyor and collation mechanism. It accurately groups the bottles into the required configuration—whether it's a single high-volume bottle or a synchronized A/B dual-bottle setup. Rotary Carton Erecting & Synchronization

 To maintain continuous operation, a high-speed rotary vacuum erector extracts flat cartons from the magazine and snaps them open into the conveyor lugs. The erected carton runs perfectly parallel to the grouped agrochemical bottles, creating a seamless synchronization between the product and its packaging.

Horizontal "Smooth-Push" Loading

 When handling bottles filled with chemical liquids, forceful vertical drops or aggressive handling can lead to cap leaks or bottle damage. Our machine utilizes a horizontal loading architecture. A mechanically driven pusher arm smoothly and continuously slides the grouped bottles laterally into the open carton. This controlled, lateral transfer provides maximum stability for heavy, liquid-filled containers.

Secure Sealing & Traceability

 Once loaded, the cartons proceed to the sealing station for a tight tuck-in closure or industrial hot-melt glue application, ensuring the hazardous contents are securely enclosed. The system is fully compatible with inline coding equipment to print batch numbers and expiration dates, complying with strict agrochemical traceability regulations.
