High-Speed Rotary Carton Erecting & Synchronization
To match the rapid pace of the continuous infeed, the system features a high-speed rotary erecting mechanism. Vacuum suction arrays extract flat cartons from the magazine and instantly snap them open using mechanical forming technology. The erected cartons are securely placed into the transport lugs without a single micro-stop, providing a perfectly synchronized physical cavity for high-speed insertion.
Non-Destructive Horizontal Push Loading
This is the core engineering advantage of the machine. As the product and carton chains run in parallel, a cam-driven horizontal pusher mechanism takes over. Instead of aggressive pneumatic ramming, this flexible push method provides a cushioned, "soft-touch" contact point against the lens sleeve.
