Product Description

Automatic Vertical Case Erecting, Packing and Sealing Machine

The LKPF-S5 integrates case erecting, bottom closing, product collation, robotic top loading and case sealing in one automated system. Flat corrugated case blanks are manually replenished in the case magazine. The machine extracts and opens each blank, forms the case bottom, presents the open case at the loading station, loads grouped products vertically from the top and seals the finished case with pressure-sensitive tape.

The system is designed for medium- and small-format cartons or multipacks that must be arranged into a defined packing pattern before being loaded into a shipping case. A PLC and touchscreen provide recipe-based control and operating status display. The modular stations can operate as a standalone case packing cell or be connected to upstream conveying and downstream logistics equipment.
