Material Transfer and Intelligent Loading System

A feeding photoelectric sensor monitors materials in real-time, triggering the push cylinder to advance materials in groups once confirmed. Subsequently, a vertical transfer mechanism descends accurately, grabs the materials, moves horizontally to the drop station, and releases them into the carton according to preset rhythms and spacing, effectively preventing material scattering.

At the tuck-in sealing station, a servo motor and sealing cylinder work in synchronization, utilizing precise displacement and pressure control to complete the tongue insertion and pressing, ensuring a secure and flat seal for large cartons.
