Packaging Material Compatibility
This machine is highly optimized for handling soft pouches (powder sachets, liquid stick packs), aluminum-plastic blister packs, and irregularly shaped composite film wrappers, while remaining fully compatible with standard folding cartons.
Using an innovative "staggered dual robotic arm loading" design combined with servo drives, it achieves high-precision vertical filling for soft or irregular materials, effectively resolving jamming issues typical of soft packaging.
Core Functions and Process Modules
Servo Vacuum Opening & Material Forming System
Utilizes a servo system linked with vacuum suction cups to accurately extract a single carton and pull it into the rotary station. During the pull-in process, stationary guide blocks naturally unfold the carton and complete the bottom closure, ensuring smooth and wrinkle-free forming. Handwheels allow for quick micro-adjustments of guardrail widths for rapid changeovers between multi-format packaging materials.
Dual Servo Robotic Arm Pouch Loading System
Equipped with photoelectric sensors that trigger the loading action in real-time upon confirming carton presence. As the turntable moves, robotic arms A and B operate synchronously in a staggered manner at loading stations 1 and 2, dropping soft pouches vertically with precision. Combined with a secondary positioning cylinder that descends over the carton, this ensures high filling consistency and efficiency for flexible packaging materials.
Interference-Free Tuck-in & Sealing System
As the carton enters the tuck-in station, cylinders fold the flaps in a strict "left/right then top" sequence, ensuring smooth action without physical interference. Moving to the sealing station, a servo motor and sealing cylinder work in synchronization to precisely control the displacement and pressure of the tuck-in tongue, ensuring a flat and secure final seal.
Elastic Clamped Stable Discharge System
After sealing, the discharge photoelectric sensor triggers the push cylinder to smoothly transfer the finished product to the discharge belt. A dual-side elastic clamping mechanism grabs both sides of the carton synchronously, ensuring that finished products of various sizes are output steadily without tilting or colliding.
EHS-Compliant Safety Guarding System
Features eco-friendly transparent guards with a clever plug-in limit interlock design on all perimeter doors, requiring human intervention to close. It incorporates an "independent safety relay circuit" separate from the main control system, and the main air intake pipe is equipped with an oil-water separator and an automatic alarm/stop device for abnormal air pressure (0.6-0.8MPa), comprehensively safeguarding equipment operation and operator safety.
